Return Merchandise Policies - Permission to return merchandise must be secured from customer support at customercare@tinkabookids.com prior to returning qualified item. Please do Not send product back before return authorization has been given. We can refund return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us. Please see the return policies below for the various product manufacturers.
 
Dream Baby & Kidkraft Product Returns
Dream Baby has a 6 month warranty and Kidkraft has a 90 day warranty for manufacture defects. If your product is defective when you receive it, please contact us at customercare@tinkabookids.com with the problem details and request for a Return Authorization# within 10 days of product delivery date.  Non-defective item returns will incur a 15% restocking fee and original & return shipping costs are not refunded. The product must be in original un-used condition and returned within 30 days of delivery date.
 
Mom Innovations Product Returns
Returns are accepted for defective items only. For sanitary reasons, returns are Not accepted for used hygienic products. If there is an item defect when you receive your purchase, contact us at customercare@tinkabookids.com with the problem details and request for a Return Authorization# within 10 days of product delivery date.
 
PRODUCT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
Once a return is authorized by customer support you should:
1.    Make sure all original contents & packaging is included.
2.    Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
3.    Return the item to the address given to you by customer support.
4.    Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured.


Shipping Time - The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the item's shipping location and the particular time of year. U.S. customers can expect a 5-10 day delivery time. International customers can expect a 10-18 day delivery time. Please keep in mind that customs could possibly make delivery times even longer.
 
Shipping Methods - Merchandise will be shipped using a Ground Service or USPS Mail, depending on the item. Once an order has been shipped, a tracking or delivery confirmation number will be emailed to the customer. If Ground delivery is indicated for a product, then a P.O. Box cannot be used. UPS or Fedex will not deliver to a P.O. Box address.
 
Damaged Shipments - Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim.
